This high-efficiency purifier uses a proprietary split UV-C / UV-V (germicidal / oxidizing) lamp to destroy chemical and biological contaminants, including chemical odors. It comes with a three-year warranty, including UV lamp and all replacement lamps. The purifying area is 4000 square feet.
